I should have sent this thank you awhile ago but you know how time "gets away".  The repairs were done on our leather couch and we are very pleased with the work but most of all we were very very impressed by how everyone we dealt with on the phone, by email and in person were so pleasant, helpful and professional.  Thank you once again for making our experience a happy one and it certainly makes us want to conduct future dealings with Ashleys in Saskatoon.  Thank you again for all your help in making the repairs happen for us. You helped me with my upright freezer issue; hope you remember me.

I just wanted to say a big “thank you” for making this stressful experience (with the freezer) come to an end, with contentment.  The company has gained my trust back. I have learned much from this whole incident and hope to make better decisions in the future.

I know you are just doing your job…but for me just the fact that you took the time to listen and understand meant a lot.  You were like an angel sent.  I just left you a message and you took over the whole situation and carried me through to the end.

I know no one can predict the future.  I am glad we have warranty’s in place to help ease the burden when things so wrong. This is one small reason why I appreciate the country we live in.

I tell my kids that there are more good people in this world than bad (even though the bad get more publicity) and to always learn and focus on the positive ones. For me, you truly are the “good” and wish happiness and good health for you and your family.

I hope I never have to use Tutoris again, but if I do….I know it is reliable.
